Off-site attendees are also welcome to join us for our VIP visit to BAPS Swaminarayan Akshardham for an additional $125 USD.

This includes group transportation from Supersoul Farm to BAPS and then one designated drop-off location in New York.

Please note: the shuttle does not return to Supersoul Farm. Transportation ends at our designated New York drop-off location.

Alternatively, you are welcome to provide your own transportation and meet us directly at BAPS Akshardham.

Monday, June 7 — Arrival

June 8–10 — Bhakti Retreat

Three full days of satsang, kirtan, workshops, asana, beautiful vegetarian meals, and The Bhagavad Gita Comes Alive with author and Vedic scholar Jeffrey Armstrong.

Friday, June 11 — Depart Supersoul Farm for BAPS Adventure Day

Check-out: 10:00 a.m. after breakfast

We then depart together for Robbinsville, New Jersey. Approximately 3 hours by shuttle.

VIP Tour of BAPS Swaminarayan Akshardham

One of the largest and most beautiful temples in the world.

1:00 p.m.  Experience this extraordinary 185-acre cultural and spiritual campus, renowned for its magnificent architecture, intricate stone carvings, gardens, exhibitions, and sacred spaces. 

Food is available for purchase at the temple at reasonable prices. We can decide to have dinner there or at a hotel. 

After our visit, we will check into a nearby hotel and enjoy some time to relax by the pool.

Hotel accommodation is NOT included but we will arrange a group rate - TBA

SATURDAY, JUNE 12 — NEW YORK ADVENTURE DAY

Enjoy a relaxed morning before we travel together into New York.

Our group transportation will take everyone to ONE designated drop-off location in New York. Once we arrive at that location, participants are free to enjoy the rest of the day independently and will be responsible for their own transportation, accommodation, meals, and onward travel.

Some suggestions: Those who wish may participate in or visit the annual:

ISKCON Ratha Yatra

Approximately 11:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.

Or spend the day exploring New York’s museums, neighborhoods, restaurants, ISKCON, and other attractions on your own.

There will be no group pick-up or return transportation after our New York drop-off. The Vancouver group will have access to the shuttle until Monday morning.

ACCOMMODATION AT SUPERSOUL FARM

Maximum Retreat Group: 24 Guests

Shared accommodation includes:

• Men’s dorm accommodation — approximately 8 spaces

• Women’s dorm accommodation — approximately 12 spaces

• Shared rooms and bunk-style beds

Private Rooms

Two private rooms are available for couples.

Additional charge: $400 per couple: ($50 per person, per night × 4 nights)

Private rooms will be available on a first-come basis.

MEALS

Retreat meals at Supersoul Farm will be: Fresh • Vegetarian • Plant-Based • Sattvic • Organic/Farm-Sourced

Meals during the retreat are included.

TRANSPORTATION

Flying In

For guests attending the retreat, Albany International Airport is the recommended arrival airport.

Transportation from the airport to Supersoul Farm is not included. Uber, ride-share, group shuttle, train, and private-car options may be available.

We will help coordinate ride-sharing and transportation suggestions as the group comes together.

Included Group Transportation

For residential retreat attendees, included transportation covers:

Supersoul Farm → BAPS Akshardham / Robbinsville area → ONE designated drop-off point in New York.

Our transportation commitment ends at the New York drop-off point.

From that point forward, participants are responsible for arranging their own transportation within New York, hotel accommodation, airport transfers, return travel, and any other onward transportation.

NOT INCLUDED

The following are not included in the retreat fee:

• Flights

• Transportation to Supersoul Farm

• Hotel accommodation after leaving Supersoul Farm

• Hotel accommodation in the Robbinsville/New York area

• Meals outside the retreat unless specifically stated

• Transportation within New York after the group drop-off

• Transportation from the New York drop-off to your hotel, airport, train station, or other destination

• Personal expenses and activities in New York

JUNE 11 HOTEL

After our BAPS temple visit, we plan to relax by the pool and have dinner Friday night near Robbinsville/East Windsor.

For example: Holiday Inn East Windsor – Cranbury Area by IHG LINK 

We will try to arrange a group room rate once numbers are confirmed and advise everyone. 

This hotel cost is not included in the retreat fee.

On Saturday morning, our group transportation will leave the hotel and travel to one designated location in New York.

Once we arrive at that location, everyone is free to choose their own New York adventure—Ratha Yatra, ISKCON, museums, sightseeing, shopping, visiting friends, or simply enjoying the city.

Please note: there will be no return bus or additional group transportation after the New York drop-off.

Participants should arrange their own Saturday night accommodation and onward or return travel. Vancouver Group: We may arrange a 7-passenger SUV and share the transportation cost among those who wish to join for the bonus days - Sat, Sun, Mon.

We are still finalizing the hotel, New York drop-off location, and some transportation details. As registrations come in, we will coordinate the options that work best for the group.
